This year our annual exhibition showcases forty exceptional works by twenty artists, including the work of our professor, talented artist Eric Westbrook from the US.
Since its creation in 1984, members have produced dozens of exquisite works of art in oil, acrylic, pastel, mixed media and charcoal. The subjects range from portraits and the study of the human figure to abstracts and the study of shape and color.
Over the years, Art Club members continue to participate in various exhibitions throughout Washington, D.C., including embassies and international organizations. Their work has been exhibited at art fairs, private galleries, and fund raising events.
Stay tuned for our 30th year anniversary exhibition in May!
Talented artist Eric Westbrook from the US gives weekly classes in the Art Studio on Wednesdays or Thursdays from 6:30 p.m.. to 9 p.m. Classes are open to IDB staff, family members, and staff from our sister organizations.
